I’m a woman from moreno valley california usa, born in 1984.
My goals are: i just recently ran my first 5k, but i’d like to run a 10k, half & eventually a full marathon before i’m 30.
My other favorite activities include: volleyball, golf.
i have a daughter whose almost 2. i want her to grow up living an active, healthy lifestyle. set the example.

yikes, yesterday was bad. i felt better running the carlsbad 5k than i did yesterday, and in carlsbad i really pushed way beyond what i thought i was capable. i know its my stupid breathing. i just cant seem to keep it deep and steady. when i do that, i feel like i’m not geting enough oxygen, but when i pant, i feel myself getting tense. i know i look retarded when i walk around the house practicing deep breathing, but hey, if i can take even a minute off my time this sunday in temecula, i’ll practice deep breathing in the grocery store too.

wooh! i’m almost back down to a healthy weight. only 1 more pound till i’m in my weight range but i have 10 lbs to go. i put on my swim suit for the first time yesterday, seeing as how i have till the end of may until i actually have to wear it in front of people. i cant rely on my own judgement when it comes to that stuff. even when i was 17, weighing a mere 120lbs, i still wouldnt wear a swim suit. so of course, when i looked in the mirrior, i saw a cow, but josh thought i looked good. but i could weigh 300lbs and josh would think its hot. i dunno. i guess if my siblings dont call me a wild fat ass while were in lone pine i’m doing ok.
